At Afobol FabFashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

• We accept returns only in cases of wrong items supplied, visible defects, or damage confirmed at the point of delivery.

• Items must be returned within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

• Returned items must be unused, unwashed, unstained, and in their original condition, with tags intact.

• Items returned that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom-made or tailored outfits

• Items bought on sale or promotional offers

• Worn, washed, or altered items

• Items damaged due to customer handling

Refunds

• Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

• Approved refunds may be issued as:

  • A replacement item, or

  • Store credit (preferred option)

• Cash refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to management discretion.

• Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed once per item, subject to availability.

• If the new item is of higher value, the customer will pay the difference.

• If the new item is of lower value, no refund will be issued for the balance.

Important Notes

• Customers are responsible for return delivery costs unless the error was from Afobol FabFashion.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
